Recurring billing details — price, billing frequency, annual total, renewal and cancellation — are shown next to the purchase button and in the Subscription Terms. Billing is managed through your authenticated account and the Stripe Customer Portal. Paradoxa never stores card details. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

    Access is enabled only after Stripe confirms the subscription and your Paradoxa AI account is connected.

  4. Step 4: Manage

    Update billing or cancel from your account portal.

Before you subscribe.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes. Your account includes a secure Stripe billing portal where you can update your payment method, download invoices and cancel. The Subscription Terms explain when cancellation takes effect.

Is Paradoxa AI available to buy now?

Not yet. Purchases open only after verified pricing, reviewed terms and working product access are in place. Request pricing and we will follow up.

Is there a government or enterprise plan?

Talk with Paradoxa about your organization’s licensing, procurement and security requirements. No unverified enterprise terms are shown here.

How are payments handled?

Payments use Stripe-hosted Checkout and the Stripe billing portal. Card details are entered on Stripe, never on ParadoxaGov.com.

When does my access start?

Only after Stripe confirms your subscription through a verified server notification. Reaching the checkout confirmation page alone never turns access on.

Do I need an account?

Yes. You sign in with a one-time email link before checkout, so your subscription and billing stay attached to your verified email address.
