Aviation and industrial supply

Sourcing support for aviation parts and technical components.

Paradoxa explores aircraft parts and aviation-adjacent supply requests through structured sourcing research, manufacturer/distributor outreach, and document-focused evaluation. Parts eligibility, condition, provenance, traceability and transaction compliance must be established for each order.

Our intended process

Preparation, qualification and coordination.

  1. Step 1: Specify

Confirm part number, condition, eligibility and scope.

  2. Step 2: Research

Seek qualified sources, availability and documentation.

  3. Step 3: Validate

Review traceability, provenance and applicable requirements.

  4. Step 4: Coordinate

Prepare a documented sourcing and fulfillment approach.

Subject to required approvals, traceability and trade controls. We do not claim FAA approval, authorized OEM distributorship, stocked inventory, government supply approvals or airworthiness certification. Sourcing inquiries do not imply certification.
Documentation and traceability matter

Eligibility first, sourcing second.

For aviation parts, the paperwork is part of the product. Each request is evaluated against the documentation it requires before any source is proposed. For actual sourcing and sale, specialist review of FAA, export/trade-control and contract requirements applies.

Relevant public FAA guidance for context (not a legal opinion or a statement of Paradoxa certification):

  • FAA Advisory Circular AC 20-62E — eligibility, quality and identification of aeronautical replacement parts
  • FAA Advisory Circular AC 20-154A — receiving inspection of aircraft parts and materials
  • FAA Advisory Circulars library (faa.gov)

Documents typically evaluated

  • Part number, revision and manufacturer identification
  • Required condition (new, overhauled, serviceable, etc.)
  • Traceability to a documented source
  • Certificates of conformance and supplier documentation
  • Applicable airworthiness approval documentation, where the use requires it
  • Export classification and trade-control review, where applicable
